Camden Juniors need players

Camden Rugby Union is looking for players to play in their junior teams. The junior teams play in the Illawarra competition and play on Sundays, with usually a home game every second week. Camden is a small family oriented club and there is a close connection between the juniors and seniors. At Wire lane, the junior teams have the oppurtunity to play under lights alongside senior teams which can make for a big night at the club. 

Our U/8s to U/13s train on Friday nights again being a fun night for the whole family with the canteen open and mums getting together for a catch up and dads helping with the little ones. The U/14s and U/16s train Thursday night and the U/18s train on Tuesday and Thursday nights.     

Camden Rugby has also given the opportunity for some of our junior players to make representative level for Illawarra and also NSW Country teams which has included trips interstate and overseas. Recently our U/8s went into Sydney Football Stadium to play before the Waratah's game and fun was had by all.

The Camden Rugby Club is not just for your kids to play rugby but a place for them to grow up into well balanced individuals that belong to a great community as well as a place for parents to start life long friendships.
