HONOURS FOR CAMDEN JUNIOR PLAYERS

Camden U18 players have been honoured with representative selections and awards recently.

Brady Millar was selected into the Sydney South West Rugby Union side competing at the Combined High Schools carnival in Armidale recently.  Well done, Brady.

Michael Messina was selected into the U17's Country Rugby Union team and competed at the Gold Coast carnival in July.  The U17's ran equal 2nd.  Michael then competed at the annual City -v- Country match at Woy Woy on Sunday.  Country went down to a strong City side.  Congrats, Mike.

Reece Farrant and Dean Murdoch were recognised at the Junior Illawarriors Presentation Day at Wollongong Master Builders Club last Sunday.  Dean won the "Best Forward" for the U17's team and Reece was the recipient of the "Most Improved" award for the U18's.

Ben Black was selected as the run-on half-back for the NSW Schools 1st VX.  He competed in the Australian Schoolboys Championships at Ballymore in Brisbane in July.   He was undoubtedly the stand-out half-back (cause he's a Camden boy).  A great achievement.
