Junior Coaches and Managers Wanted

Camden Junior Rugby Club is looking for motivated, skilled and experienced individuals/parents who are interested in coaching or managing a team for the 2016 season.

The Juniors are looking to field teams in the following age groups; 7’s, 8’s, 9’s, 10’s 11’s, 12’s, 13’s & 15’s for 2016. The aims of junior rugby at Camden are; enjoyment, participation, development of skills & to play to the best of our abilities. Kids that enjoy playing rugby for Camden will be the kids that come back & play for us in future seasons.

With that ethos in mind, interested parties are asked to please submit their applications to juniors@camdenrugby.com.au.

• All coaches & parents who are going to actively coach or assist with training (assistant coaches) will need to be smart rugby compliant for the 2016 season.
• In the lower age groups, it is preferred but not essential that coaches have attended a ‘coaching kids rugby’ course & for the higher age groups, a ‘foundation’ coaching course.
• All coaches & assistant coaches will need to have completed a ‘Working with Children Check’ prior to the 2016 season.

The club is willing to assist anyone that is wanting to further their rugby education through ARU accredited coaching courses.

The club will be looking to finalise positions for the 2016 season by mid-December.
