Annual General Meeting of Camden Rugby Club Incorporated will be held at the Clubhouse, Wire Lane, Camden South at 7:00pm on Friday, 23rd November 2018

Note: the positions of Chairman Junior Rugby and Club Captain are not elected at the AGM. The Juniors Sub-committee will meet at 6:30pm, prior to the AGM, where they will nominate a Chairman. The Club Captain will be nominated by senior players ASAP after the AGM.
2. Nomination for Positions to be elected
All nominations for positions to be elected at the AGM are to be in writing indicating the position for which the person is nominating and received by the Secretary by Friday, 16th November 2018. Applications are to be addressed to the Secretary, PO Box 190, Camden, 2570 or emailed to camdenrugby@gmail.com
Nominations of candidates must be signed by 2 members of the Club & accompanied by the written consent of the candidate.
Nomination forms are available on the Camden Rugby webpage and on facebook, or on request to the Secretary at camdenrugby@gmail.com
If no nominations have been received for any position by the stipulated date, nominations will be accepted from the floor at the meeting for election to the position.
3. Notice of Motion or Other Business
Notice of Motion or Other Business for consideration at the AGM shall be given in writing to the Secretary by Friday, 16th November 2018. Such notice shall state the specific motion or business, together with the names of the proposer and seconder.
