Camden Rugby Annual General Meeting 2023

To All Camden Rugby Members,

The Camden Rugby Annual General Meeting will be held at the Camden Rugby Clubhouse on Wednesday the 13th of December, at 7:00 pm.

We are now seeking nominations for the Camden Rugby Board. Nominations can be made in writing via email to the Club Secretary (secretary@camdenrugby.com.au) by 6pm Tuesday, 7th of November.

You should include:-

  • A picture of yourself
  • A short paragraph outlining why you want to be on the board
  • A short paragraph outlining any relevant skills or experience
  • The names of two members who are supporting your nomination

Per the Constitution, we are seeking nominations for five (5) board members at this year's Annual General Meeting.

Special/General Resolutions:

We are also seeking any special resolutions to be voted on by the membership. If you want to propose a resolution for the club membership to consider, you have the opportunity to do that via an email to secretary@camdenrugby.com.au.

We are also welcoming any nominations for Life Membership, which the Board will consider.

Anyone submitting a nomination or resolution will need to do so by 6pm Tuesday, 7th of November when we will close the nominations.

We will distribute an information pack, including all nominations, proposed resolutions, and the audited accounts of the club on Wednesday, the 22nd of November, 3 weeks before the Annual General Meeting on the 13th of December
